PETCHESTER VETERINARY'S HOSPITAL TOUR
Petchester Veterinary's Brand New State-of-the-Art Animal Hospital
Petchester Veterinary‘s hospital boasts a bi-level, 4500 sq. ft. footprint in a building that was formerly occupied by a restaurant. The site was renovated beginning in mid-2013 to become a veterinary hospital which opened in December of 2013.
The ground (1st) level contains the patient waiting areas, four examination rooms, treatment/triage area/diagnostic laboratory/dentistry tables, animal caging systems (including stainless steel cages and dog runs for hospitalized patients), a complete pet pharmacy, separate rooms for specialty services (like digital radiography and ultrasonography), and a complete surgical suite. The waiting room is bright, with many windows and skylights, and has ample wooden bench-style seating. In addition, there are two sculptural acrylic benches across from the reception desk. The waiting area is subdivided into separate sections via separate entryways for cats/exotics and dogs. There is a handicap accessible restroom adjoining the waiting area. There are four examination rooms that each independently open into the waiting area and also open on the opposite side to the treatment area. Each exam room is equipped with acrylic bench seating, a retractable stainless steel examination table, refrigeration, computers, and up-to-date diagnostic equipment.
