Appointment and Cancellation Policies
Except in the case of a veterinary emergency, we ask that you please call ahead to schedule an appointment. This will ensure timely care for you and your pet.If this will be your pet’s first visit to our hospital, please be sure to bring any previous pet health records you may have. You may also have records sent to our office. Regular office visits are accepted six days a week Monday through Saturdays. Sunday appointments can be arranged directly with the veterinarian.
Though we request that you schedule an appointment ahead of time, walk in patients will also be accepted if they are willing to wait. Please call 914-771-PETS (7387) to schedule an appointment with one of our veterinarians. If for any reason, you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly notify us 24 hours in advance. This will enable us to be available for other pets in need. We recommend that you complete the New Patient Form prior to your appointment. We have provided you with convenient online forms that you may download, complete, and bring the form to us at the time of your appointment. This way you will be able to focus on your pet's needs during your visit. We look forward to meeting you both.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal check, and all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
We also accept Care Credit which is a healthcare financing credit card. You should contact their website at the link provided to find out more information about the criteria for applying.
